How We Create Coffee Everyone Loves.
Being located in Central South Dakota, Globetrotter has traveled the world to find the highest quality, best-tasting coffee beans. Featuring small farmers from a faraway land, Globetrotter proudly imports and roasts their beans locally here, bringing South Dakotan’s and other’s a taste of coffee from small-family farms, from across the world.
Once imported, Globetrotter develops a roasting formula, custom to the bean type. Things like the coffee beans, growing season, soil type, the elevation of growth, and the drying process are critical factors to a successful roasting formula.
We buy the beans green, then roast them to bring out the best flavors. We work hard to research the bean type, the growing season, soil type, growing elevation, and drying process.
Then roast it at the right
temperature and airflow to let that bean’s flavor shine. We use no artificial flavors; just exactly what the
coffee was grown to do.
We work hard to ensure that our coffee is never bitter. One of the greatest compliments we hear is that
this is the only coffee people have had where they didn’t have to use sugar and cream.
